I got your book this week and am trying your solution to see if it can bring balance and alignment to my body while running. I have been fighting imbalance issues for over 25 years and have tried everything else to try to "fix" my body. I have longer second metatarsals, but my left foot in particular rolls to the inside (If I try to stand straight with knees aligned that toe and metatarsal is way off the ground). Because that foot rolls in it causes the foot to evert out. My knee rolls to the inside and my hip gets all messed up. I am hoping that this will work for me.
